1. Where can i download all Schon's plushes photo?

2. What benefit/discount can I offer to my customer?

Your customers are entitled for 10% discount if they buy through you.

3. Can I place order on behalf of my customer?

Yes, you need to register as member in schon.my. Kindly check with our customer service 012-4126088 for stock availability.

4. Can my customer place order on their own?

Yes, they should register as member first in schon.my. When placing order, they must write your dealer code #RainyLam under the category remark to be entitled for discount. Likewise, with the dealer code we will be able to identify them as your customer.

5. What is the payment method?

Customer can pay to you or directly transfer to our Schon's Maybank account.

6. How long will the goods take to be delivered to my customer after making payment?

Ready stock delivered in 1-3 days after receiving payment.
Pre-order 3-4 weeks from pre-order due date.

7. What kind of postage is used?

ABX courier/Pos Laju/E-parcel

8. Where can i check the ready stock?

9. What's the commission payout?

20% from net purchase price, excluding local courier charges.

10. How much is the courier charges?

RM 5.90 for first kg, RM 1.00 for subsequent each kg

11. If the goods have defects, are they refundable or replaceable?

We have 3 days money-back-guarantee policy, the goods are refundable within 3 days upon receiving.





12. How do I register as Schon's dealer?

13. How much is the dealer registration fee? Is there any annual charges?

No charges for registration before December 2014.
